Huge thank you and multiple device pledges
almost 9 years ago – Thu, Jun 25, 2015 at 11:10:03 AM

Hi all,

As we move closer to the final hour of the Pi PoE Switch Kickstarter campaign we wanted to say a huge thank you for your support so far! We have broken the 600 backer mark and are nearly on £30k and if the numbers keep on climbing we may just hit it before the 8pm close time.

The wheels are already rolling behind the scenes and we have already placed some speculative orders for some of the longer lead time parts to ensure they arrive with us quicker, and we can ship out to you sooner.

A number of people have been asking about this today, and since we want to avoid any disappointment:

Multiple device pledges

A lot of you have been asking about how you can pledge for multiple quantities of devices or combinations of different pledge levels. The way you can do this is pretty simple - just add the additional quantity for the extra item you want (including the shipping cost) to your total pledge amount. We will then send out a survey at the end of the campaign asking you what the extra money was pledged for. For examples:

  • If you want to add an additional THE POE SWITCH to your pledge, you just need to add £30 + extra shipping (UK - £3, rest of world - £5) to your pledge.
  • If you want to add an additional TO GO KIT to your pledge, you just need to add £109 + extra shipping (UK - £5, rest of world - £10) to your pledge.
  • If you want to add any other pledge levels, just follow the same formula as above. There is no limit to how many you can add!

If you are having trouble working out how much your total pledge needs to be - just send us a message and we will be happy to help!

Once again thanks for your support - we can't wait to see Pi PoE out in the world being used in all of your projects.

Thanks,
Aaron and the Pi Supply team
